Restaurant & Bar Team Members

Job requirements:

  • Prioritise guests and strive to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
  • Be responsible for setting up and opening the bar and dining areas as required
  • Serve across the bar and dining areas as required
  • Attend regular team training sessions including, bar skills, cash handling, food safety, customer service, COSSH,
  • Communicate effectively within own team and other departments
  • Follow cleaning schedules to a high standard • Follow COSHH guidelines when using chemicals
  • Be aware and have an understanding of allergens and other dietary requirements
  • Handle cash correctly to reduce the risk of error • Able to operate PDQ machines and till system
  • Be able to close bar and dining areas following closing checklists to ensure everything is ready and in place for the next service
  • Able to recommend and up sell a wide selection of bar drinks

  • Demonstrate a positive, caring and discreet customer and staff relationships
  • Able to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Enjoy the buzz of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be proactive and promote a positive atmosphere
  • An experience and understanding of dining and bars desirable
  • Enjoy working within a team and be a team player
  • Able to problem solve
  • Happy to work alone on occasion
  • The desire to want to develop and be the best they can be
  • Take pride in their appearance, be well groomed and have a high level of personal hygiene

Experience is preferred but we will provide full training.
